Diamond Floor Sawing

Cutting slabs has never been easier and with our various different floor-sawing machines we are able to diamond cut through slabs with depths of up to 500mm. We have within our range of various saws small electric 3-phase saw, which will take a 450mm diameter blade right up to 72hp diesel driven saws capable of taking a 1200mm diameter blade.

Diamond floor sawing is a fast and effective way of cutting through slabs wether it is roadways or suspended slabs it will leave a neat flat surface to work with.

Due to its versatilities floor sawing is mainly used on road maintenance works where banks of saws can be used in cutting the road surface for preparation of the multi-gangs completing their tasks.

However with today’s technology we are able to diamond floor saw inside building’s using electric floor saws. The main benefits of this are two fold one is the noise element, the petrol / diesel engine replaced with a much quieter electric version, the second is zero the exhaust emission.
