Here
is a problem that was ideal for the wire saw solution the pile cap and piles
below needed to be removed, however time was a critical factor as was costs.
So we used our heavy-duty drum wire saw set up called Tyrolit SK-B to wrap
the diamond beaded wire around and pull it through.
The
block of concrete was 3.300mm wide and 2.200mm high giving a 7.26 square-metre
area of cut this was completed in one shift with the customer being able
to move the cut section during a night shift.
