Diamond Drilling

Cut & Carve for Refurbishment

Cut & Carve for RefurbishmentThe job in hand here is a penthouse apartment in the centre of London owned by a wealthy Russian gentleman who had experiences of drilling and sawing. His express wish was that there was an absolute minimum of noise and a desire to control all water used in the diamond cutting techniques of the refurbishment.

Although diamond sawing the apertures would have been quicker it was decided that the containment of wastewater was much more likely to happen if the stitch drilling technique was carried out. Once the stitch drilling had been completed we deployed our concrete crunching techniques to remove the unwanted centre section (see the case study on concrete crunching).Once the stitch drilling had been completed we deployed our concrete crunching techniques to remove the unwanted centre section (see the case study on concrete crunching).

Through out the whole of this contract, which lasted for approximately 4 weeks we were surrounded by occupants/tenants of other apartments and in all that neither our client nor us had one complaint with regards to the works.
